Adrienne Paradise is a multidisciplinary designer and product developer based in the Bay Area, with 8+ years of experience across apparel, costume, accessories, footwear, and home.

Currently at The Walt Disney Company, she leads licensed costume development from concept through production, guiding partners to translate iconic characters into wearable, story-driven products. She is particularly focused on elevating design through precise direction on fit, materials, and construction, while creating pieces that are not only visually compelling, but intuitive, comfortable, and accessible for a wide range of wearers for all ages.

Previously at Dolls Kill, she designed products across multiple categories for both in-house brands and major licensing collaborations, executing full product development from concept to production, including CADs and technical design.

With a foundation in couture craftsmanship, Adrienne brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to design. She is passionate about creating products that balance storytelling, quality, and sustainability built to resonate, perform, and last.
